Uninstalling Podifai

Since Podifai is free, there’s no subscription to cancel. If you want to remove the app:
  1. Go to your Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels
  2. Find Podifai and click Remove app
  3. Confirm the removal

What Happens When You Uninstall

  • Your customizer configurations are saved on our servers for 30 days in case you reinstall
  • Custom options will no longer appear on your product pages
  • Existing orders with customization data remain in your Shopify admin
  • No charges will occur (the app is free)

Reinstalling

If you change your mind, simply reinstall from the Shopify App Store. Your previous configurations may still be available if you reinstall within 30 days.
