Add guidance to help customers understand what to upload:
  • Hint: A clickable label (e.g., “Image requirements”)
  • Value: Detailed instructions about file formats, dimensions, etc.

Pricing

You can charge an additional fee for custom image processing or printing.

Example Use Cases

  • Printing Services: Custom photo prints, posters, or canvas
  • Apparel: Custom designs for t-shirts or hoodies
  • Jewelry: Custom engravings based on uploaded images
  • Gifts: Personalized items with customer-provided photos
  • Promotional Products: Custom logos on mugs, bags, etc.

Best Practices

Clearly communicate the image requirements (format, resolution, dimensions) to customers using the Help Text feature.
Use conditional logic to show the Image Upload option only when relevant. For example, show it only when customers select “Add Custom Image” option.
Always review uploaded images before production to ensure they meet your quality standards and are appropriate for your products.
High-resolution images work best for printing. Consider adding guidelines about minimum dimensions (e.g., “Please upload images at least 300 DPI or 1000x1000 pixels”).
